You can move the joystick around to control the fireball's speed and trajectory. If the opponent reflects it, it becomes their property, with full control. Because Ken no longer has a projectile of his own on screen, a second Hadoken can be fired (and reflected). While your fireball remains on the screen you can't shoot another fireball by just inputting QCF+P. However, apparently you can by kara-canceling normal into fireball, so with a very precise setup it seems possible to make multiple fireballs hovering on a screen.

Like all of Ken's Tatsus, you can jump cancel this by pressing u+KKK. Ken can change trajectory after Tatsu: QCB > Neutral > u/ub/uf+K. The Tatsu motion is buffered as Ken starts to jump. Up input will cause Ken to drop to the ground immediately. Doing this repeatedly can build meter rapidly.

Due to a programming oversight this move can grab OTG. It can also be throw-escaped. The escape will occur on the last throw of the super. Beware that escaping while you are thrown into the corner will allow Ken to juggle you, as this does not cause pushback.
