Introduction
Ragyo Kiryuin -Shinra-Koketsu- (鬼龍院 羅暁)
With the power of Honnōji Academy's brainwashed Sewing Club and Nui Harime at her disposal, she uses them to create Shinra-Kōketsu. Ragyo dons this Kamui in combat against Ryūko Matoi and Satsuki Kiryūin as she inacts her plan to dominate the world with Life Fibers.

- Shinra requires proper setup and spacing to land her FIBER LOST SECRET ARTS due to its very long startup period since she cannot combo into it
- Her FIBER LOST SECRET ARTS does not make her automatically win the match, instead it will make her win the round it was used in
