Overview
Neera is a spatial denial character with Frost interaction.
Spear Drive allows Neera to quickly build
Frost stacks on the opponents while piercing their defenses. Her
Spike Trap can be used for defense or in combination with other spells to apply
Frost to a large area simultaneously. The offense provided by
Spear Drive and defense provided by
Spike Trap make Neera well equipped to handle any situation.
