- Attacking the opponent without being in front of them: Dreadwyrm's Claw Swipe hits opponents above or below her and Garnet Flare can fire beams in multiple rows.
- Playing at a distance: Dreadwyrm does not have a melee weapon so she is best off playing at a distance.
- Simple weapons: Dreadwyrm's weapons do not have any additional effects or fancy techniques.
- Creating a chaotic field: Claw Swipe and Garnet Flare can threaten a lot of area simultaneously.
|
- Difficulty fighting in the front: Dreadwyrm does not have strong options for opponents at close range.
- Average Damage: Dreadwyrm's weapons don't enable high damage combo routes unique to her.
- Tricky gameplay: Dreadwyrm is strongest when her opponent isn't in the same row as her, meaning that she will be mainly looking for off-angle hits.
- Difficulty fighting structures: Claw Swipe and Garnet Flare don't pierce and are easily stopped by structures as a result.
