This move is coded to not bring up Stun's throw vulnerability window until the move's active frames start; in fact, not even the throw's whiff animation will come out if attempted within range. When combined with the fact that characters cannot be grabbed during an attack's active frames, this essentially means Stun cannot be thrown during this move.

Stun charges in front. If he succesfully hits the opponent, he will carry them all the way to the opposite end of the stage; upon coming in contact with a wall, Stun will slam them into it and follow-up with a punch.

If Stun doesn't find a wall at the end of his charge, he will simply throw the opponent outside the stage, scoring a Ringout. Because of this, this move can turn out to be very dangerous on stages with many destroyed walls.
