Introduction
Uriko is a lightweight pixie character with a focus on close range pressure. She uses a simplified version of the Rokugo Combo Ring (Phoenix Style) with relatively few gaps compared to the other users ( Long and Shenlong). While her individual hit damage is fairly low, her constant pressure and good air reset potential make up for it. However, Uriko struggles when her opponent can keep her out as most of her attacks have poor range; on top of this, she has some of the worst Beast defense modifiers in the game, causing her to take more damage (and thus lose her Beast Form faster). Both of Uriko's Beast Drives are interesting: Surprise Cat Pounce can be steered around the arena to increase its damage (though both players are able to control it), while Dance of the Phoenix has different effects depending on how it lands or interacts with the stage.
