Overview: This is surprisingly tough for Kouma, since you want to get close to Miyako, which makes her main drawback (her short range) pretty much nonexistant. Neutral: Do note, while both Kouma and Miyako have short range, Kouma's range is better. Use that to your advantage in this matchup, as Miyako could have a hard time dealing with your buttons. Vlov (Vlov's Favor) [character page][match videos]

Overview: One of, if not, Kouma's toughest matchups, and for good reason. Vlov is Type Lumina's main zoner and it comes with no surprise that he has some of the best keepaway tools in the game, while Kouma himself has the 2nd worst range in the game. Neutral: Be patient and look for holes in the Vlov player's zoning patterns. If you see one, exploit it as much as you can to try and get close. Kouma does not like being at fullscreen at all, especially against someone with good ranged tools like Vlov. Offense: Defense:
