- I'll be right back!: Hol Horse is one of the only characters that is able to run both forward and backwards, giving him more maneuverability than most characters.
- Enhanceable Specials: By pressing the Style button, Hol Horse is capable of buffing some of his skills, giving them new properties such as causing knockdown.
- You're up, J. Geil!: By spending 0.5 bars, Hol Horse can set up a trap that can be activated during nearly any action to crumple the opponent, complementing his zoning.
