Heads-Up Display (HUD)
HUD Guide
① ― Health ・ Displays the player's current health. Certain characters can recover a portion of the damage taken, which will appear grey.
② ― Timer ・ Shows how much time is left in the round. Starts from 99.
③ ― Guard Gauge ・ Displays how much damage can be blocked. Causes a Guard Break when depleted, but slowly recovers over time in neutral.
④ ― Reversal Assist Stocks ・ The current amount of stocks that can be spent to interrupt enemy offense and damage with an Assist.
⑤ ― Win Count ・ Represents rounds won, as well as the way they were won.
⑥ ― Assault Assist Stocks ・ The current amount of stocks that can be spent to call an Assist in neutral/offense.
⑦ ― Character-specific resources ・ This is where unique, character-specific gauges and resources will show up. In this example, Joseph's current "Guess I did it again!" Level can be seen.
⑧ ― Stage Gimmick ・ The red circle on the ground here represents the gimmick for the current stage. The gimmick is only activated when a player is knocked into it (such as after a Throw).
⑨ ― Skill Name ・ The name of the special currently in use. Can be disabled.
⑩ ― HH Gauge ・ The amount of Heart Heat Gauge available to spend on HHAs, GHAs and some character-specific moves. Up to 3 bars can be stored, with the little diamonds and the giant number representing the stored amount.
⑪ ― Assist Cooldown ・ Displays how long it takes for an Assist to be usable again. Longer cooldowns (colored red) are applied when used as a Reversal Assist during a combo.
