- Gun beats sword.: Hol Horse is capable of enhancing some of his special moves, giving them new properties such as causing knockdown.
- You're up, J. Geil!: By spending 0.5 HH Gauge, Hol Horse can set up a trap that can be activated during nearly any action, complementing his zoning.

Hol Horse's meter gain and damage output can change depending on what the opponent's gender is; against female fighters, Hol Horse's attacks deal 10% more damage, but their meter gain rate is reduced.
