General Changes
- Adjustments have been made to unify frame advantage and disadvantage after a Throw Escape.
- The following characters had their frame advantage after their Throw was escaped adjusted:
- Jotaro Kujo (Part 4)
- Giorno Giovanna (with Gold Experience Requiem active)
- The following characters had their frame advantage after escaping a Throw adjusted:

- The following characters had their frame advantage after their Throw was escaped adjusted:
- Fixed a bug that allowed Player 1 to move first when a Throw and a Throw Escape occurred in the same frame.
- Fixed a bug that prevented invincible reversals and Stylish Guard from being used as soon as a character lands.
- Fixed a bug that caused characters to suffer unnaturally long landing recovery after perfoming an attack while jumping backwards and being hit during said attack.
- Standarized hurtboxes during a groundbounce for all characters.
- Fixed a bug that caused a discrepancy in slowdown timing during a Stand Rush activation between Player 1 and Player 2.
- The following characters had their wake-up timing standardized with other characters:
- Vanilla Ice
- Giorno Giovanna (with Gold Experience Requiem active)
- Ghiaccio
- Ermes Costello
- Adjusted dashes to not go through opponents who are in their wake-up animation.
- Blocking an Overhead attack and a Low attack on the same frame will now block both attacks.
- Fixed a bug that allowed blocking Overheads during a Crouching Block if the Overhead was used while the victim was in blockstun.
- Fixed a bug that caused the camera to start moving earlier than intended when a Cinematic Taunt was forced to end due to having more than 5 seconds of dialogue.

- Hamon Cutter (236L/M/H/S; Air OK):
- All versions are now tracked by IPS.
- Sunlight Yellow Overdrive (63214L/M/H/S):
- L version:
- Removed camera effect.
- Reduced launch height.
- Adjusted launch angle.
- Increased damage.
- M version:
- Removed camera effect.
- Reduced launch height.
- Adjusted launch angle.
- Increased damage.

- Fixed a bug that would cause the attack to skip the initial movement under certain conditions.

- Fixed a bug that allowed this attack to catch an opponent if they performed a Down Evade out of the previous attack.

- Increased hitbox size so as to hit crouching opponents near the wall.
