General Changes
- Adjusted transitions into knockdowns so that if an opponent is in hitstun while airborne, hitting them right before they touch the floor will no longer force them into a knockdown state.
- Fixed a bug that would cause both characters to slide apart while they were in direct contact with each other.
- Fixed a bug that, under certain circumstances, would cause certain attacks that inflict the Hard Knockdown effect to allow the victim to perform a Down Evade.
- Fixed a bug on the Nintendo Switch version of the game that would allow non-projectile Assault Assists to interact with downed opponents during a Cinematic Taunt.
- Fixed a visual bug that would make it seem as if an Assault Assist whose Assault Assist Stocks had run out was put into cooldown, which would happen if an Attack button and the Assist button were pressed at the same time the point character jumped.

Jonathan Joestar
- 2H:
- Fixed a bug that would prevent Jonathan from canceling this attack into Special Moves if it connected with an opponent near the end of its active frames.
- Scarlet Overdrive (623L/M/H/S):
- M version:
- Reduced horizontal pushback on the first hit.
- H version:
- Reduced horizontal pushback on the first hit.

- This is my final Hamon! (22L+M+H):
- Fixed a bug that would cause Jonathan to be staggered if, after reviving, he attempted to use the S version of "Overdrive Barrage".
- This change also corrects a secondary bug where similar consequences would take place if Jonathan successfully landed the S version of "Scarlet Overdrive".

Dio Brando
- I'll suck you dry! (5S / 3S):
- Increased the force of the pull effect during the first hit.
Joseph Joestar
- 6H:
- Fixed a bug that would cause the opponent to experience an abnormal groundbounce when hit by the attack under certain conditions.
- Adjusted so that the move causes the Groundbounce effect even when the opponent is already experiencing a Groundbounce.
Caesar A. Zeppeli
- Hamon Kick (214L/M/H/S):
- S version:
- Extended invincibility window until the second hit.
- S version:
- Bubble Lenses (22L/M/H/S (Air OK)):
- Attempting to use the move repeatedly will now cause any lingering Bubble Lenses to disengage.
- Bubble Lenses already firing will not be affected.

Kars
- Aerial Dash (j.66/44 as the Ultimate Life Form):
- Fixed a bug that caused Kars to repeatedly turn left and right if this move sent the opponent flying in the opposite direction or KO'd them.
- Flight (Automatic after Predator Wings (Any jump after 1/2/3 as the Ultimate Life Form), Aerial Dash (j.66/44 as the Ultimate Life Form) or The power of supreme genes! (Air) (j.214L/M/H as the Ultimate Life Form)):
- Fixed a bug that caused Kars to both alter his hurtboxes unnaturally and experience an unintended hitstun animation if he was hit after consuming all 3 air actions.
Jotaro Kujo (Part 3)
- 5L (Stand Off):
- Fixed a bug that would prevent Jotaro from canceling this attack into Special Moves if it connected within a certain timing.
- ORA ORA ORA ORA! (HHA):
- Fixed a bug that, if Jotaro was hit by Risotto's "Control iron within 5-10 meters" during the HHA's startup while in Stand Off, would cause Star Platinum to appear far away from Jotaro while in Stand On.
Old Joseph Joestar
- Solar Energy Hamon! (6S during Hermit Purple! (236M while in Stand On)):
- Changed hit effect (Hard Knockdown > Bind / Crumple).
Muhammad Avdol
- 5H (Stand Off):
- Adjusted hitbox positions.
- 2M (Stand Off):
- Fixed a bug that would prevent Avdol from canceling this attack into Special Moves if it connected with an opponent near the end of its active frames.
- 5H (Stand On):
- Fixed a bug that would cause Magician's Red to snap back to Avdol when this attack was canceled into.
- 2M (Stand On):
- Fixed a bug that would cause Magician's Red's collision box to disappear during the move.

- Sped up the timing at which Magician's Red's collision box disappears during the move.

- Changed attack attribute to Low (formerly Mid).

- Adjusted the timing where the move loses the ability to Flash Cancel.
Josuke Higashikata (Part 4)
- Watch Your Mouth! Mode:
- Aerial Attacks are now considered to be separate moves from their grounded counterparts for the purposes of IPS.
Koichi Hirose
- Sizzle! (214L/M/H while in Stand Off):
- L version:
- Increased the amount of hits.
- Redistributed damage to accommodate for the increased amount of hits, resulting in an overall increase in damage (30 > 40 (30, 10)).
- M version:
- Increased the amount of hits.
- Redistributed damage to accommodate for the increased amount of hits, resulting in an overall increase in damage (40 > 50 (40, 10)).
- Official Patch Notes state that the damage on these moves was to be reduced to accommodate for the increased amount of hits, which ended up being the result of a translation error.

Okuyasu Nijimura
- I'm eliminating space! (236L/M/H while in Stand Off):
- Fixed a bug that would cause The Hand's hurtbox to remain active when the move was Flash Canceled.
- Fixed a bug that would cause The Hand's hurtbox to become larger than normal if Okuyasu jumps right after using the move.
- Gaoohhhn (236L/M/H while in Stand On):
- Fixed a bug that would cause The Hand's hurtbox to remain active when the move was Flash Canceled.
- Fixed a bug that would cause The Hand's hurtbox to become larger than normal if Okuyasu jumps right after using the move.

- Increased the hitstun Kosaku receives upon being hit by his own explosions.

- Adjusted the timing where the move loses the ability to Flash Cancel.
- Adjusted the move's description in the Command List to remove an inaccurate statement claiming that this move cannot be reflected.

- Reduced Clash priority so as to prevent this attack from clashing with Special Moves.

- Fixed a bug that would cause the hitbox's position to change unnaturally during the move.

- Fixed a bug that would sometimes cause the opponent to stay close to Abbacchio after a successful GHA.
Ghiaccio
- White Album Gently Weeps! (HHA):
- Fixed a bug that would prevent Ghiaccio from reflecting projectiles when he Guarded while the ability was active.
Risotto Nero
- Control iron within 5-10 meters (22L/M/H):
- Fixed a bug that would cause Risotto to take extremely low amounts of damage during an opponent's combo if he was affected by status conditions (such as Fugo's Homicidal Virus) before being hit while using this move.
- Assassin (4S / 5S / 6S / 236S / 214S):
- Adjusted the move's description in the Command List to add that Yuya's "I got you!" bypasses the move's projectile immunity.
- This is the end! Take this! Metallica! (GHA):
- Reduced damage.
- Increased recovery on a successful GHA.
Jolyne Cujoh
- 5H (Stand Off):
- Reduced recovery.
- 5M (Stand On):
- Increased hitbox sizes inwards.
- 2M (Stand On):
- Increased hitbox sizes inwards.
- Fixed a bug that would prevent Jolyne from canceling this attack into Special Moves if it connected with an opponent near the end of its active frames.
- String Barrier (22L/M/H while in Stand Off):
- Fixed a bug that would cause the detection hitbox that manifests during startup to count as a hit.
- Your body's best angle to punch (63214L/M/H while in Stand Off):
- Adjusted launch angle on a successful hit.
- The move can now be canceled into HHA.
Narciso Anasui
- j.L (Stand On):
- Fixed a bug that would cause Diver Down to not be properly aligned to Anasui if, after using this move, a Stylish Guard is performed within a certain timing after landing.
- This change also corrects a secondary bug where Anasui's Stylish Guard would automatically fail as a result of the aforementioned interaction.
- Fixed a bug that would cause Diver Down to not be properly aligned to Anasui if, after using this move, a Stylish Guard is performed within a certain timing after landing.

- Pucci will now drop the DISC if he blocks an opponent's attack.
- Adjusted the ability's description in the Command List to take this change into account.

- Fixed a bug that would cause the wrong onomatopeia GFX to be used unless Pucci (Final) was in the match in any capacity.

- Adjusted the "Josuke Higashikata 8 vs Josuke Higashikata 4" Panel in Part 8 of ASB Mode to correct oversights introduced in version 2.00 that caused the "Hit with a GHA" Secret Mission to become impossible to complete.
