Introduction
With a mission success rate of 100% he gained much fame in the business circles, the agent of the Xīnhuá Computer Company: Sai. (*1) This man takes on anything from industrial espionage to murder. His job this time is a highly classifed weapon lost in the previous Great War held by Akatsuki, a technical officer of the former Imperial Army. He is to track him down and take back the engine...

Adler: I'll tell you one thing: we don't do dealings.

Translation Notes
- (*1) The name of the company Sai uses as cover is Xīnhuá Diànnǎo (Simplified:新华 电脑/ Traditional:新華 電腦). Xīnhuá is pretty common for many Chinese (official and otherwise) companies and places, it means "New China"[1], diànnǎo is just the chinese word for computer. It could also be translated as "New China Computer Company".
- (*2) Akatsuki's hiding place, Aokigahara (青木ヶ原) also known as the Sea of Trees (樹海 - Jukai) is a dense forest on the northwestern flank of Japan's Mount Fuji. Some 6 kms. to the south of the forest lies the Fujigane (富士ヶ嶺) Plateau an area populated mainly by farms where the fight against Fritz takes place. [2]
- (*3) The verb Sai uses here for catching a big fish is 釣り (tsuri) 1) fishing; angling; 2) (See 釣り銭) change (for a purchase); 3) trolling; writing deliberately inflammatory posts online.
- (*4) The F-Kikan (F-機関) also known as Fujiwara Kikan (藤原機関) was a military intelligence operation established by the Imperial General Headquarters in 1941 led by Major Fujiwara Iwaichi, chief of intelligence of the Japanese 15th Army. Its task was to contact the Indian independence movement, the overseas Chinese and the Malayan Sultans with the aim of encouraging friendship and cooperation with Japan. [3]
- (*5) This pun is almost impossible to translate without changing the whole sentence. 甘い (amai) means naive, indulgent, soft, half-hearted, insufficient, inadequate and also sweet (food / music), sugary, fragrant. Sai starts with what seems to be an insult / taunt: "Naive, naive, you are too naive..." (could also be inexperienced, green) but then turns it around and tells them to "go take care of that diabetes" changing the meaning of that first part.
- (*6) It's a direct reference to Sai's gameplay curse mechanic (Jashi and Kyougan) and his evil eye.
