The SPD Megazord slams the ground with its Shrink Cuffs. This move is unblockable, but doesn't put the opponent in hitstun. Depending on whether the opponent was on the ground or in the air when being hit, the move will disable their ability to jump or their ability to block in the air, respectively. This move cannot kill the opponent.
