Bio

Although it appears like Kyanta dressed as a doctor, Dr. K is a health practitioner working at University Hospital.
Those treated by him are often cured miraculously. With time, his healing powers started to manifest strange abilities, such as flight.
His research focuses on the adverse effects of new drugs, often drawing the ire of the medical companies that make them.
As such, in his travels, he's often stopped and questioned by security all the while being closely monitored by satellites.

While his assistant looks like Masao, it's probably a different person.

Gameplay

someone else should fill this out, but the gist is setup j.X into knockdown into 5B into looping unblockables also U2 if someone looks at you funny

5A 3*2 (6) Mid Multi-hitting jab, similar to Azuma's, except way worse.

First hit whiffs on crouchers, very slow.

2A 5 Low Low jab, solid.
j.A 15 High Active-until-landing jump-in that stops Dr. K's vertical momentum.
5B ? (28) Mid Advancing multi-hit mid that makes the opponent auto-jump for a short time.

Leads to unblockables-- can't get exact damage, goes from 15 -> 28.

1/2/3B ? (39) Low Chair spin that can be controlled with 1/2/3 to make it go either left or right.

Advancing multi-hit low that knocks down the opponent after the final hit.
Can be easily combo'd into after most of Dr. K's moves.

j.B ? (38) Mid Huge multi-hit jumping mid that stops Dr. K's momentum.

Annoying wall-- can't get exact damage, 25 -> 38 is raw

5X N/A N/A Selects which pill Dr. K will use of the two, starts out as yellow at the beginning of each round.
2X 15 Low On-hit turns off knockback for a short time, similar to Raoh's Sai from HNK.

Doesn't disable knockdowns however.

j.2X 15 High Air version of 2X, works the same but is now a high.

Actually evil.

j.X 10 Mid Projectile pill that bounces around the ground in a high or low arc depending on where Dr. K released it from.

Pill type changes based off of what pill Dr. K has selected using 5X.

Pills:

  • Yellow - Makes opponents jump higher on hit/block/parry.
  • Red - Makes opponents jump lower on hit/block/parry.


Opponent can recover from pill-state by hitting Dr. K or dying.
Each pill can stack up to 5(? someone please check) times.

5EX ? (54) Mid Advancing invulnerable multi-hit mid that makes the opponent auto-jump for a short time.

Leads to unblockables.

1/2/3EX ? (105?) Low GIVE IT UP FOR 105 DMG FULLSCREEN CHAIR!!!

I can't get the exact numbers for damage so I'm leaving it blank, it seems like he can get at least 7 hits, but they're not all possible.

Ultra 1 (Y) 25*7 (175) Mid Dr. K calls on Nurse Masako to clean up for him.

After a short delay she lunges out and attacks 7 times, dealing 25 each time.

Ultra 2 (j.Y) ? (114) Mid Fullscreen beam, better than Deka's.

Has 24 hits, breaks boko for a bar, isn't that funny?

Throw 15*3 (45) Grab Standard grab, alan add details.
Taunt N/A N/A gives +20 dmg to next attack after taunt, very fast.
