Basic Controls
A: Weak Attack.
Usually reserved for jabs.
B: Strong Attack.
Acts as a throw if overlapping the opponent's hitbox.
X: Special Attack.
Usually the character's "gimmick" buttons.
Y: Ultra EX. Costs 1 meter.
Also used for Demon Mode's activation, which costs 1 meter.
Sometimes is attached to character-specific moves.
Back: Taunt.
Every Character has a functional taunt.
Many of them award a whole bar of meter, have a damage buff, or even work as a move!
Button Combinations
Macros are very important in Kyanta 2 as the game's button registration isn't lenient.
You have to press both buttons on the exact same frame without a macro, so get it if you can.
Having macros, especially for EX, is very important as it cuts out the middle-man and prevents a lot of mis-inputs.
X+Y: EX Attack.
Uses half a bar of meter.
All EX moves are invulnerable, so they're a very important part of Kyanta 2!
B+Y: Kyanta Cancel.
Cancels any action at the cost of 1 meter.
Adds 20 damage to the next attack.
Will prioritize a grab up-close instead of a KC if you're not cancelling a move already, be careful.
A+B: Throw Storage.
Holding A and B will allow you to throw your opponent, or tech their throw, as soon as you are in range.
Instead of pressing B while up close, which can potentially cause a whiffed move.
