Introduction

Powered Ciel, spelled Powerd Ciel in-game, is the fully armed version of Ciel, trading mobility for power to mercilessly crush opponents with the Seventh Holy Scripture. This version of Ciel is a slow but powerful zoner with highly damaging and corner-carrying combos from almost any hit, oppressive okizeme and pressure, and one of the strongest normal throws in the entire game. This offensive power comes at a cost, however, as she possesses relatively poor defense and slow movement which can be exploited by characters with superior zoning. PCiel rewards a calculated, patient playstyle with dominance in neutral against the vast majority of the cast, and truly overwhelming offense that renders all opponents equally helpless once caught.

Crescent

  • Generally considered to be the weakest PCiel moon, but still a very strong character in her own right.
  • Powerful horizontal lightning specials that reach 3/4 of the screen.
  • Has Crescent meter mechanics, giving her generally better survivability than her other two moons.
  • High damage from clean hits, and good high/low okizeme that is dangerous to attempt to disrespect.

Half

  • The second best PCiel moon, with extremely strong strengths but the most significant weaknesses of the three styles.
  • Vertical, advancing lightning allows her to easily obtain frame advantage in neutral and pressure.
  • One of the highest damage characters in the game, able to deal over 5,000 damage from realistic starters even when accounting for Reduce.
  • Wide variety of difficult to see left/right okizeme setups.

Full

  • Widely considered the best PCiel moon, and a top tier character just barely outside of the top 10.
  • Extremely powerful grounded pokes and the infamous 624B Grand Zappa rock allow her to completely dictate the pace of neutral.
  • Possesses a more synergistic and well-rounded toolkit than her other two moons, with no truly exploitable blind spots other than the character's universal slow movement.
  • Safe, unreactable high/low okizeme, with the greatest ability to leverage the character's strong throw.
