Melty Blood/MBAACC/Powered Ciel

Introduction

Powered Ciel is a new addition to Current Code. Equipped with the Seventh Holy Scripture at all times, Ciel has a completely different move set from the original.

Moon Overview

Powerd Ciel

You will notice right away that P.Ciel is almost completely different from Ciel. While not as mobile as her unarmed version, she has big normals and effective tools that allow her to space her way in for big damage. While not as much of a mix up character as Ciel, many of her combos carry to the corner and let her apply very tight pressure post-knockdown.

Crescent
Crescent is potentially the most popular version. One of her major tools is 214 series: Numerology・Thunder. Well place streaks of lighting can control the air, be used as an anti air and lock the opponent down anywhere on the screen.

Half
While largely similar to her C-moon version, Half moon has some specials and normal moves that define it. The most noticeable of them being her lighting. This version falls from the sky instead and poses different threats.

Full
Full moon differs widely from the other versions in terms of special tools and pressure. While the main game-plan/strategy has not changed, the way Full powered Ciel pressures and deals her damage is completely different.
