Introduction
Powered Ciel, sometimes spelled Powerd Ciel in-game, is the armed and dangerous version of Ciel, wielding a huge pilebunker and with a completely new moveset focused more on offense. With highly damaging and corner-carrying combos on all of her moons, great conversion ability, good okizeme and the ability to convert her normal throw into a full combo, PCiel has all of the tools to dismantle her opponent once she gets in. Unfortunately, although she has many options, her approach to neutral can be somewhat linear or “gimmicky” due to having arguably the worst movement in the entire game. This character is a lumbering tank with a huge gun that kills you if she can run her setplay, but patient neutral and smart defense are crucial as the character's low health and lack of reversals make being put on the back foot precarious.

Description
|
Crescent
|
- Generally considered to be the weakest PCiel moon, but still a very strong character in her own right.
- She offers horizontal lightning that reaches 3/4 of the screen, not as strong for neutral when compared to H's version, but these are much stronger for setplay.
- Has Crescent meter mechanics, giving her generally better survivability than her other two moons.
- C-PCiel sports high damage combos loops with high meter gain and corner carry, with good pressure, and her okizeme is among the hardest to disrespect in the game.
|
Half
|
- The second best PCiel moon, with extremely high damage from practical confirms and easy access to unreactable left/right mixups.
- Half sports vertical lightning, making her anti jump game quite powerful.
- Furthermore, access to Half Moon Shield Bunker affords her an extra chance to steal her turn back, while auto Heat allows her to run her offense without fear of reversals.
- Half Moon mechanics complement this character quite well, making Half the next best choice over Full.
|
Full
|
- Widely considered the best PCiel moon, and a top tier character just barely outside of the top 10.
- The most electrifying woman in airdash entertainment, F-PCiel loses access to her lightning and dash specials in exchange for far stronger grounded pokes and the infamous 624B Grand Zappa rock, one of the most powerful and versatile projectiles in the entire game.
- F-PCiel's neutral is far more robust than her other two moons as her spread of normals and specials allow her to control space in a stronger and more nuanced way.
